Canyon State Bass Club

About Us

Formerly known as Lawmans Bass Club, Canyon State Bass Club is a driven organization dedicated to elevating the tournament fishing experience and opening the door for more people to discover the joy and camaraderie this sport has to offer. We are especially passionate about encouraging anglers of all ages to get involved, develop their skills, and find their place in the world of competitive fishing.

Our membership reflects the heart of what we’re all about. Whether you’re a husband and wife team, a father and daughter duo, a parent and son hitting the water together, or simply great friends looking for a little friendly competition — there is a place for you here.

Membership is annual and goes directly toward the operating costs and ongoing maintenance that keep our club running smoothly. We believe in putting tournament entry fees back where they belong — in the hands of our participants. Canyon State Bass Club proudly maintains a 90% payback structure, retaining only 10% of tournament fees for club overhead. Payouts are awarded to the top 5 places based on the combined weight of each team’s five-fish limit, with additional prizes awarded for the 3 biggest individual fish weighed in.

Canyon State Bass Club is also proud to be committed to Catch & Release fishing, ensuring that the lakes we love today remain vibrant and thriving for the anglers of tomorrow.
